When our clients set up their
first saltwater tank they will naturally migrate towards the corals in the store and start asking questions. T's Olde Towne
Pet Shop always carries corals that are appropriate for beginners that may not have the best light source or equipment that
serious coral aquaculturists use. Rather than turn these "newbies" off the hobby we would rather start them off gingerly with
a few easy to keep species that make a great introduction to a great part of the hobby.
Of course T's Olde Towne Pet
Shop caters to the needs of more advanced coral enthusiasts. In fact, because of the fact that the corals here are hand picked
and not bought blindly and shipped via truck to the store, the prices are more reasonable. You can always request a certain
species of coral and I will call you personally with a price once I am at the wholesaler to see if you want it. I will only
pick out superior specimens and will not buy overpriced corals lacking in quality.
One of the many facets of T's
Olde Towne Pet Shop is our interest in and ability to produce our own stock. This holds true with our corals as well. The
philosophy here is always the "natural" approach and we like to produce coral frags without the use of knives and glue and
would rather sell healthy frags that start themselves. Our frag prices always reflect the fact that no middlepersons were
involved and there is no question of the health and well being of stock produced at the store.
